The Process

From enrollment to reimbursement: How ArmadaCare’s plans work

Enroll and onboard

Member receives welcome materials, participates in a live onboarding, and creates their Member Portal account.

Receive care

Members visit a provider. Provider bills their primary plan. Primary plan issues final EOB (explanation of benefits).

Submit EOB

Member uploads their final EOB via the Member Portal or mobile app. ArmadaCare reviews and processes claim.

Get reimbursed

Member receives reimbursement by direct deposit. Ongoing support is available for any questions that come up.
