From compliance to kickoff, this insurance vet brings a playbook of expertise to ArmadaCare.
Hugh has over 40 years of legal and compliance experience in the insurance industry, which he brings to the table as part of ArmadaCare’s Legal and Compliance team. He is very proud of the company’s excellent product portfolio and is excited to be part of a team that offers these quality products to employees in all walks of life.
Hugh began his career as a compliance analyst and went to law school in the evenings, so he has hands-on compliance experience as well as considerable experience in the oversight of all insurance legal and compliance functions. Hugh has worked on a wide variety of life, health and property and casualty insurance and reinsurance products and services – both domestically and internationally – with an emphasis on supplemental health insurance products. Over the years, Hugh has had various leadership positions with Union Labor Life, Transamerica and Crum & Forster, Accident & Health.
When not working on legal and compliance matters, Hugh can be found rooting for his favorite sports teams: the Baltimore Ravens and New York Mets. He also enjoys hiking and jogging as well as spending time with his family.
