Her expertise in the supplemental insurance and health advisory industries supports the company in driving growth.
Ed Walker is Chief Executive Officer of ArmadaCare. He is responsible for driving business development and sustained growth, while ensuring that our company delivers consistently on our promise of service and innovation. With 28 years of executive experience in sales, marketing, business development, and strategy, Walker is highly regarded within the insurance industry as an expert on supplemental insurance and emerging healthcare solutions. Walker previously held executive roles within Transamerica, including leading all health lines for Transamerica within the US and serving as a member of the America’s Management Committee of Aegon, Transamerica’s parent company.
As COO, Jamie Spriggs sets and oversees the strategic direction for operations of the company. Spriggs brings more than 20 years of leadership and senior management experience in insurance and benefits administration. Spriggs was the CEO and founder of ConnectYourCare, the first company to combine health savings accounts and healthcare decision support tools. He also founded RealLifeHR, a benefits industry start-up that was subsequently acquired by a Fortune 500 company. He has been recognized nationally for his contributions to the benefits and technology industries. He was a 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award finalist.
Eubanks serves as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, Michael is responsible for managing legal and regulatory affairs, and overseeing compliance with applicable insurance laws. Michael has over 32 years of legal experience in the insurance industry, and over 18 years of experience in direct marketing. Over his career, Michael has held various officer and director positions with life, health, property and casualty, and reinsurance companies, with a continued focus on the full range of supplemental health products. Most recently, he served as Counsel for Transamerica in their affinity and direct marketing units, as well as litigation Counsel for the company.
